Why does my computer/laptop “blue screen” and say it is “begining dump of physical memory”?
I have just installed a “sprint broad band card” and now I get a blue screen after I am on the internet for a long period of time, about an hour or two. It says that it is begining physical dump of memory and to disable shadowing or chaching (?? not sure how to do that)? Is my laptop getting to hot, did I get a virus, is my hard drive going to crash, or what. I also have Spyware with virus and microtrend antivirus. Could they be causing the problem? I have had the virus scans for about 2-3 months and I have just installed the sprint card a week or two ago. the problem really started after the card was installed. Please help! CindyBLUE SCREEN CODE IS 0×000000FE (Ox00000005, 0×83E6D00E0, 0×10330035, 0×83E6C6A0). I believe it could be my windows xp service pack 2? I have a Gateway MX7118 Mobile AMD Athlon ™64 processor 3400+ 2.19 GHz, 448 MB of RAM. I use internet tools daily to clean out my history, temp, and cookies and the disk scan to clean out more temp files. any other sugestions. I think I might need to update my XP or take my card back?? I also might try to uninstall and then reinstall my sprint card??? Help Me! Thanks for all yalls info I am slowly starting to understand more and more about what is going on with my computer.
