Choosing exercises. When you want to bulk up your muscles fast, you should avoid using exercise machines. Instead, use free weights or even your own body as resistance. That way you take advantage of full range of motion that is needed to strengthen your muscles and joints. Be sure to lift the heaviest weight you can manage.

Number of sets per workout. Less sets of higher weight is the most effective, especially for beginners. You should aim for a maximum of 12 to 16 sets. This type of low volume training helps you to recover from your workouts faster with less soreness. You can avoid overtraining which allows your muscles to grow faster.

Number of sets per exercise. Beginners at body building should aim for three to five sets of each exercise in order to stimulate muscle growth. After your muscles have developed, you can drop down to one to three sets of high intensity exercise.

Number of reps per set. When you start out with body building, you should use the heaviest weight you can manage and do five to eight reps per set. This will put heavy stress on your muscles and cause them to grow faster. A routine body building workout is more likely to include eight to twelve reps each, once your muscles have become established.

Speed of reps. Skinny guys should do quick reps as long as good form is maintained and the motion is not jerky. This means to allow around a second for lifting and two seconds for lowering. Many body building programs promote slow deliberate motion but that does not seem to be as effective for the beginner that has little muscle to work with.

Resting between sets. Body building beginners should allow 45 to 90 seconds for resting between sets. This is much shorter than the rest time recommended for body builders who already have big muscle mass. As your muscles grow in size and your endurance and strength improves, you should allow at least two to four minutes between sets for recovery.

Training session time. The ideal training time is 30 to 45 minutes. That is all that is required for testosterone to build to peak levels. If you exercise longer than that, cortisol will work against you and tear down muscle tissue.

the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is keeping in touch with air passengers more often these days–quite literally. TSA has introduced a new methodical, and some say invasive, pat-down for secondary searches or those who decline screening by whole body imaging devices. the revised pat-down procedure involves TSA screeners moving their palms over the surface of passengers’ bodies in a very thorough manner. the former pat-down procedure covered less of a passenger’s body and sometimes involved using the back of the hand to pat-down sensitive areas. TSA has introduced the new procedure at Logan Airport in Boston, Mass., and McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, Nev., both of which recently received whole body imaging devices. it plans to introduce the enhanced procedures nationally in the coming months at airports that use whole body imaging devices. According to reports, passengers who opt out of screening through a whole body imaging device would instead go through a traditional metal detector and receive the new pat-down. TSA spokesperson Lauren Gaches Tuesday provided HSToday.us with a statement on the enhanced pat-down procedures. "TSA constantly evaluates and updates screening procedures to stay ahead of evolving threats," the TSA statement read. "TSA is in the process of implementing an enhanced pat-down at security checkpoints as one of our many layers of security. "While we cannot share specific details of our procedures for security reasons, pat-downs are designed to address potentially dangerous items, like improvised explosive devices and their components, concealed on the body," the statement continued. "TSA takes passenger privacy very seriously and builds privacy protections into its security procedures.  Pat-down procedures are developed in conjunction with other screening techniques such as advanced imaging technology and the expanded use of explosives trace detection technology to improve our ability to detect explosives hidden on a person and keep the traveling public safe." the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Massachusetts protested the new procedures in an interview with the Boston Herald August 20. ACLU spokesperson Christopher Ott told the newspaper, "We’re all for good effective security measures. but, in general, we’re concerned about this seemingly constant erosion of privacy, and we wonder whether or not it’s really going to be effective. "Accepting these kinds of searches may keep people safer in some situations, but not in every situation, and we’re encouraging people to stop and think about what is the right balance between privacy and security," Ott added. TSA’s Gaches declined to provide any further comment on when the enhanced pat-downs would roll out nationally or on the rationale for the more extensive personal search.

Use the Windows disk clean up tool to empty out old files from the Recycle Bin and empty out Temporary Internet files (these are files downloaded to the disc when you surf the internet).

Write yourself a clean up schedule to ensure that this is done on a regular basis and you should be able to ensure a faster internet connection.
